My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Mr Prasad who provided excellent service. While the room service could have been better, the check-in and check-out process was smooth. I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and cold towel. Special thanks to the GM, Mr Madhan Mohan, for ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel staff, including Mrs Sulthana and Mr Arun Prasad Naidu, were instrumental in guiding us for the darshan tickets, making our visit to Tirumala enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, resembling a boutique hotel, although the WiFi connection was only available at the front desk. The service was friendly, but a bit slow at times. The location was very convenient, near the entrance to Tirumala hill. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh local fish dishes. Overall, a good value for money option.

The hotel is conveniently located near the starting point for the hill climb and is perfect for those visiting Lord Venkateshwara. The veg restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the South Thalli for lunch. Overall, a nice experience with some minor delays but well worth it for my business trip.

The rooms are cozy but with thin walls, and the dining experience offers tasty dosa varieties. Staff service is highly courteous, knowledgeable about local places, and multilingual. However, room upkeep requires attention to maintain customer satisfaction.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was superb, near the hill climb starting point, and the room had a hill view adding to the charm. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and some facilities could be improved.
